Much unknown to this man. Especially his background. According to someone, they somehow recongnise his Irish/Scottish accent. Though he resided in Canada.

However, he only know to be the most badass kind of person in the Military. He know Jason shortly after D.E.A.T.H Squad was form. He also specialise in Melee and Pistol combat. He rarely use rifles.

During the Operation : Lost Freedom. He was shown using Rifle, but he did not reload after he is out. He eventually loot one from a dead enemy.

Spectre, somehow will wear a mask, believe to be a lucky charm. He only wear it during a dangerous missions. Sometimes, not.
